As we approach post-pandemic normal, we need to ask ourselves, do we want the “old” normal or a new normal? Too many lives have been disrupted and derailed by the pandemic, making this the perfect time to tune up your life — “build back better.”
As your own life coach, you will assess all aspects of your life including health, intellectual, social, emotional, occupational and spiritual domains, strengths and weakness, mindset and personality. You will identify areas that need development, improvement or change, develop a vision, set intentions and goals, learn the skills, tools and strategies needed to change and/or modify behaviours and choices that are blocking or sabotaging your dreams and goals, and design and implement an accountable action plan. In essence, you will coach yourself to a new and improved life.

Teaching is Janice’s calling and health is her passion. She both practices and believes in lifelong learning. Janice is a PH.D Candidate in Public Health Sciences and has a BA in Anthropology, a BPHE in Physical Education and an MA in Physical Education. She was a Health Professor for ten years in the US and semi retired after teaching at McMaster. Janice has done volunteer teaching in South Africa, Thailand, and Nepal. She has a dynamic and integrative teaching style using the Internet, media, books, films and humour in my lectures along with custom power points and is active on Twitter @TheHealthProf.
