Description

Care Maps are a simple way to draw and visualize who cares for whom in your circle of care. The process of drawing a Care Map and considering what it means helps people understand their existing care ecosystem and the multiple relationships within it. For many, drawing and reflecting on a Care Map leads to improved care, decreased anxiety, and more confidence in managing their care situations. In this webinar, participants will have an opportunity to draw their own Care Map and begin to understand the many complex relationship dynamics within it.

Facilitator: Donna Thomson – Caregiver, Author and Activist
