“What impact are you having? How do you know? What difference is your non-profit program making?” These are the familiar questions we’ve been asked and also asked ourselves. This workshop will help you break down your non-profit program into its component parts, differentiating between things like “what you do” and “what you achieve.” A Theory of Change will provide a roadmap outlining the steps you plan to take to achieve your goal and the story of how you believe your program’s change will unfold. A Theory of Change can aid in aligning your stakeholders to your larger mission and help them understand their role in achieving it.
