Women generally live longer than men and enjoy better health. Aside from the obvious physical, biological, social and behavioural differences, some health issues affect women differently. Women’s health is significantly impacted by the underlying political, social, cultural and economic factors.
This course will explore the biological, social and behavioural factors that affect women’s health and discuss strategies to offset genetic and lifestyle risks and guidelines to live your healthiest life. Men are welcome!
